Engineered specifically for heavy, viscous media like vacuum residue, reduced-pressure渣油, asphaltenes, and bitumen, this system features a steam-traced / heat-insulated dual-wall design that keeps media fluid and prevents solidification. The closed-loop circulation pump ensures fresh, representative samples by continuously flushing the sampling lines before collection – while the reverse-flush function clears any potential blockages in the sampling nozzles.

Installed safely at the tank bottom, the system delivers upper, middle, and lower samples – complete tank profiling without climbing, without emissions, without compromise.
